FluIA provides custom AI automation solutions and consultancy services for businesses. The details of any service provided will be outlined in written agreements, proposals, or invoices. While we strive to deliver high-impact solutions, we do not and cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

All services, advice, and deliverables are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
3. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall FluIA, its directors, employees, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or relating to the use of our services or website—even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree that any reliance on our recommendations, automations, or third-party tools is done at your own discretion and risk.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing timely access to required systems, accounts, and data
Ensuring compliance with their own local laws and regulations
Verifying the correctness and applicability of solutions provided before full implementation
You agree not to use our services for illegal, unethical, or unauthorized purposes.
5. Use of Third-Party Services
Our solutions often integrate tools such as OpenAI, Make, Zapier, Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace, and others. You acknowledge and agree that:
These tools are governed by their own terms and privacy policies
We are not responsible for third-party performance, outages, changes, or pricing
Your use of these tools is at your own risk
6. Intellectual Property
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, all deliverables, processes, templates, scripts, and documentation created by FluIA remain our intellectual property. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables for your internal business operations only.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all sensitive business, technical, and strategic information exchanged during the course of an engagement, unless legally required to disclose such information.
8. Fees & Payment
Fees and billing terms are defined in individual agreements. Late payments may result in interest charges and/or suspension of services. All amounts are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate any engagement or access to our website or services at any time, especially in cases of abuse, non-payment, or breach of these terms.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FluIA and its personnel from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, misuse of third-party tools, or violation of any law or third-party rights.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
